These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses our website or services. iSEOServices reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Services

iSEOServices provides search engine optimisation (SEO), content marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) management, and related digital marketing services to businesses in the United States and internationally. The specific scope of services provided to each client is governed by the individual service agreement or proposal agreed upon prior to campaign commencement.

• Service descriptions on this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual deliverables are defined in the client-specific agreement.
• Subcontractors: iSEOServices may use trusted third-party contractors or specialists to fulfil elements of our services. We remain responsible for the quality of all delivered work.
• Third-party platforms: Our services often involve optimising your presence on platforms owned by third parties (Google, Bing, Meta, etc.). We have no control over and accept no responsibility for changes to these platforms' algorithms, policies, or functionality.

Client Obligations

To enable iSEOServices to deliver the agreed services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to website platforms, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and any other tools required to perform the agreed services.
• Approve or reject recommendations in a timely manner. Delays in client approval directly affect campaign timelines and results.
• Provide accurate information about your business, target audience, competitors, and goals. Inaccurate or incomplete information may limit the effectiveness of our strategy.
• Not engage conflicting services simultaneously without prior disclosure. Engaging multiple SEO agencies on the same website without coordination can produce contradictory changes that harm campaign performance.
• Comply with applicable laws in relation to your own business, website, and marketing practices. iSEOServices will not knowingly assist with any campaign that violates applicable legislation.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for individual engagements are set out in the relevant service agreement. General payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are issued monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless an alternative schedule is agreed in writing.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services. iSEOServices reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
• Refunds: Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once a campaign month has commenced. If iSEOServices fails to deliver agreed services, clients may raise a dispute in accordance with the process set out in the service agreement.
• Price changes: iSEOServices reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice. Clients may terminate the agreement without penalty during this notice period.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and materials on this website are the property of iSEOServices and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• Deliverables: Upon full payment of all fees due, clients own the content and deliverables created specifically for their campaign (blog posts, landing pages, reports). iSEOServices retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, processes, and methodologies used in delivering services.
• Website content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from this website without express written permission from iSEOServices.
• Client materials: By providing logos, images, brand assets, and other materials to iSEOServices, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for the purpose of delivering your agreed services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, data, or materials shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to campaign performance data, business strategies, client lists, and pricing arrangements.

iSEOServices will not disclose client-specific information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or to fulfil the services (e.g. sharing access with approved contractors under equivalent confidentiality obligations).

Aggregate and anonymised campaign data (e.g. average traffic increases across our client base) may be used for general marketing purposes without identifying individual clients.

Results Disclaimer

iSEOServices does not and cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including:

• Search engine algorithm updates by Google, Bing, and other platforms
• The competitive landscape in your industry and geographic market
• The starting technical and authority position of your website
• The timeliness and completeness of client cooperation
• Broader economic and market conditions affecting your business

Projections and forecasts provided by iSEOServices are estimates based on competitive analysis and professional experience. They are not contractual commitments. Past campaign results cited on this website represent specific client outcomes and are not a guarantee of similar results for other clients.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the individual client agreement.

• Client termination: Clients who terminate mid-month are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid for that month. Any work completed up to the termination date remains the property of the client upon settlement of all outstanding invoices.
• iSEOServices termination: We reserve the right to terminate a client engagement immediately if the client requests actions that violate search engine guidelines, applicable law, or these Terms; or if payment is more than 30 days overdue.
• Post-termination: Upon termination, iSEOServices will provide a handover of all client-owned materials and access credentials within 14 business days of final payment settlement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iSEOServices' total liability to any client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

iSEOServices shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or damage to reputation, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or from the provision of services by iSEOServices shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

iSEOServices reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For existing clients, material changes to Terms will be communicated via email with 14 days notice before taking effect.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
